As a good standing member of the Greater Florida Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders and National Association of Home Builders, we make continuing education a priority. Our homes are inspected by engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and our stringent quality requirements. In addition to Code Enforcement routine municipal inspections, we utilize certain third party consultants to perform inspections during and after completion on every home. Our Professional Builders also conduct visual inspections daily.
Before ever breaking ground you will meet your Project Manager who will oversee the quality and progress of your home. You will be able to meet and communicate with each other throughout various stages of the process.

This is a listening and idea session to establish the scope and estimated budget range for your project. Your space needs, design preferences, and personal details, are all identified.
Your design team works on ideas to transform into a preliminary floor plan, front elevation and 3D rendering. Your estimated budget range is revised to reflect the accepted plan and finish selections.
All of the hard work of our design, architectural and engineering work is presented to the City for plan review and approvals. This process ranges in time from one to four months in length.
